Catherine Ann Garrard

Kate passed away October 23, 2015 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 86. She was born to Bernard and Mary Ann Mildazis on October 10, 1929 in Clinton, Indiana. Kate married Charles Garrard on May 8, 1954. They have two children, Debra and David. She became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on October 1, 1979. She received her Academy of Friendship on May 2, 1982. Kate worked as a Dietary Aid for St. Francis Hospital and retired in 2005. She came to Moosehaven on January 15, 2013 where she resided for 2 1/2 years. A private memorial will be held in Kentucky. She is survived by son, David Garrard of Vine Grove, Kentucky and daughter, Debra Jessup of North Liberty, Indiana. Please sign the family’s guestbook at www.broadusraines.com.
