John Robert Kelly, 91, of Orange Park, FL passed away on November 17, 2015. He was born on December 20, 1923 in New York, NY to parents Anthony and Mary Belle (Johnson) Kelly. John served his country honorably in the United States Army, Navy, Coast Guard and the Merchant Marine.
