Ruthann Myers

Ruthann Myers, 72 of Middleburg, FL died November 18, 2015 peacefully with her family by her side in Orange Park, FL. She was born in Charleston, WV to Rufus and Augusta Holstein Blancet. She was preceded in death to the love of her life Jack Myers and their daughter Lesa Dawn. She and Jack shared over 50 wonderful years together and had a son Jeffrey Scott Myers (Vywanda) and daughter Amy Myers Fairbanks (Charles). Ruthann truly adored her grandchildren Michael Friend (Trista), Jeffrey Scott Myers II, Courtney Schmidt (Thomas Lyon), Levi Fairbanks, Brady Schmidt and Garrett Fairbanks (Kaitlin). She loved her great granddaughters Alyssa Friend, Kera Friend and her newest blessing Lauren Fairbanks. She was preceded in death by her brothers Dennis Blancet, Alfred (Nip) Blancet, twin siblings Janet & James, sister Phyllis (Jean) Blancet and sister Bonnie Withrow who was her best friend. With family being so important to Ruthann she will be missed by so many nieces and nephews through generations. With her friendly and caring ways she made many friends and knew no strangers who will all miss her dearly. She was a great wife, mother and friend and we hope to reunite with her someday in Glory.
