Ruth (Gigi) Salyards

Ruth (Gigi) Salyards died peacefully at Haven Hospice on November 23, 2015. During her 95 years, she lived a full life. In her earlier years, she was a runway model. She retired from Western Auto and up until her recent illness, she served as a personal assistant/bookkeeper. Ruth was a member of Eastern Star Chapter 226 Orange Park, Khem Temple Daughters of the Nile and a Morocco Sweetheart. Donations can be made to Morocco Shrine Transportation Fund or Shriners Hospitals for Crippled Children A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Chaplain Jim Barlow officiating.
