Freddie "Buckwheat" Brown

Freddie “Buckwheat” Brown, 45, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away December 12, 2015. He was born on October 26, 1970 in Green Cove Springs, FL to parents William F. and Burnice (Plumlee) Brown. Freddie was a lifelong resident of Green Cove Springs and worked as an automobile salesman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and cooking out with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents; by his wife, Amy Brown; children, Caden and Kenley Brown; sister, Sherry Jenner (John) and nieces and nephews, Trenton, Kaitlin and Wyatt Jenner and Ethan and Noah Aldrich. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, December 17, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Phillip Moody, Wes Whiddon, Craig Aldrich, Trenton Jenner, Danny Brown, Jimmy Plumlee and Michael Plumlee.
