Vivian Soboleski Harris

Vivian Soboleski Harris, 85, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born June 18, 1930 in Meriden, CT to Leon Francis and Emily Pauline Smialowski Soboleski. She was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband, James Arthur Harris and nine of her eleven siblings. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, James Keith Harris, Tammy (Orlando) and daughter, Tara Harris Josephs, John (Atlantic Beach). In addition, two granddaughters, Caitlin O’Neill Harris and Amanda Nichole Harris, two step-granddaughters, Brittney Josephs Werth (Stephen) and Laura Josephs, a step-grandson, Kyle Hass (Colene), as well as, five beautiful great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Heartland Health Care Center-South Jacksonville and for the tremendous help and care provided by Community Hospice of NE FL. Vivian will be laid to rest with her husband at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. There will be a memorial service scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request donations on behalf of Vivian Harris be sent to Community Hospice of NE Florida or the Jacksonville Humane Society.
