Juanita M. Dabrowski, 62, of Folkston, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016. She was born on March 7, 1953 in Grundy, Virginia to parents, James Barber and Jettie Church Barber. Juanita moved to the North East Florida area as a child and became a lifelong resident, only recently moving to Georgia. Mrs. Dabrowski enjoyed being an active member of New Beginnings Christian Fellowship. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Juanita loved taking care of her family and will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by, husband, Walter A. Dabrowski; daughters, Clarissa Sparks and Melissa Thornton (Patrick); step-children, Walter A. Dabrowski, Jr., Mary Gonzalez and Martha Olson; brothers, Clarence Barber, Joe Looney (Joanna) and Charles Looney; sister, Tammy Silcox; grandchildren, Christi Sparks, Bubba Sparks, Felicia Sparks, Jeffery Moody, Travis Sparks, Marisa Guizar and Michael ,David and Josh Thornton; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Sparks, Christopher Sparks, Lexi Sparks, Hannah Sparks, Aaliyah Cannon, Briana Sparks, Anastasia Moody, Jeffery Moody, Jr., Natalia Guizar, Miley Guizar, Diego Sparks, Will Sparks, Jr., Blaze Cannon and Ashleyann, Samatha, Scotty, Ryan, Hunter, Cheyanne, Preston, Alana, Layla, Zack, AnnaLee and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, January 5, 2016 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Ronnie Surrency and Rev. Patrick Thornton officiating.
