Jack N. Terrell, Jr.

Jack N. Terrell, Jr., 96, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away February 23, 2016. He was born on November 27, 1919 in Brooks County, Georgia to parents Jack N. and Susie (Spell) Terrell, Sr. Jack came to the area in 1967 from Miami, FL and was of the Christian faith. He was a truck driver for Withers Van Lines and worked hard every day of his life. He was an amazing man who was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his parents , his wife, Florence E. Terrell, his children, Jack N. Terrell, III and Elizabeth “Snook” I. Terrell, brothers, Edward Josh Terrell and Jamie Terrell and sisters, Mina May Cullpepper, Hazel H. Cooney, Mildred Wilkinson, Susie Chaney and Gladys Monk,. Survivors include his 5 grandchildren, Jack, Robert, David, Doug and Debbie; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 5-7pm at the Broadus-Raines Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Welcome Hill Church of Christ in Quitman, GA with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
