Samantha A. Brown

Samantha A. Brown, 17, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away Friday, May 8, 2009. She was born on November 5, 1991 in Des Plaines, IL to parents, Charles H. Brown and Dawn M. Bushman-Brown. Samantha had lived in the local area for the past 2 years, moving here from Kenosha, WI. She was a junior at Fleming Island High School and had been a Girl Scout for 11 years. Samantha enjoyed drawing, painting and art. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charlotte and Harry Brown and is survived by her mother, Dawn M. Brown; father, Charles H. Brown; brother, Alex Brown; sister, Chelsea Brown; grandparents, Shirley and Don Bushman and her beloved service dogs, Toni and Indy. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.
