Jared "Kyle" Brown

Jared Kyle Brown, 29, of Midway, GA, passed away April 14, 2016. He was born on April 8, 1987 in Newport News, VA to parents Teddy J. and Cynthia Barfield Brown. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Black Pond Baptist Church in Middleburg, FL. Kyle was a graduate of Providence Christian Academy in Savannah, GA. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and was stationed at Shaw Air Force Base where he was in the Honor Guard. He later transferred to Mildenhall Air Force Base in England where he spent most of his career. Kyle enjoyed history and loved to travel throughout Europe. He hiked through Wales and adored Ireland and Scotland where his family's roots were. After his time in the Air Force, Kyle worked as a Journeyman’s Apprentice for Dee’s Electrical, Hinesville, GA. He enjoyed paintball and competed at Low Country Paintball in Ludowici, GA. Kyle was a gifted guitarist and loved music from Tchaikovsky to gospel. Kyle was well known for his love of animals and raised Boston Terriers. He cherished his nieces and nephews and loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father and survived by, his mother, Cindy; brothers, Joe (Kelley) Brown and Jason (Jennifer) Brown; nieces, Chesney and Aubri; nephews, Shane and Casey; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Black Pond Baptist Church with Pastor Charlie Hunt officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment with military honors will follow in the church cemetery.
