Darrell Keith "Robbie" Roberson

Darrell Keith “Robbie” Roberson, 81, of Jacksonville, FL passed away April 19, 2016. Darrell was born in Wiggins, Mississippi, one of seven children, to Howard and Clara Roberson. Darrell enlisted in the Navy in 1954 and was serving in Yokosuka, Japan where he met his wife, Reiko. Darrell was a master electrician. He retired from that profession in 1995. He enjoyed listening to Elvis, gardening and trips to Biloxi, Mississippi to hit the casinos. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, Reiko; daughters, Cindy Schwanger (Chuck), Lisa Nagle (Dan) and sons, J.R. Roberson (Laura) and Corey Roberson; sister, Merla Roberson; brother, Larry Roberson (June); grandchildren, Kristen Robinson, Ryan Schwanger, Keidan Nagle, Quinten Nagle, Amber Roberson, J.D. Roberson and Maddison Roberson. Graveside services with military honors conferred will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
