Lorene Snipes

Lorene Snipes, 77, of Middleburg, FL passed away on April 24, 2016. She was born on April 2, 1939 in Baldwin, FL to parents, Theodore and Venie (Thomas) Jones. Lorene was of the Baptist faith and a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida. She was a natural giver, never a taker, who took care of everyone. Lorene was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 50 years, Charles Adam Snipes. Lorene is survived by a son; two daughters; a son-in-law; a daughter-in-law; a brother; a sister; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Congregational Holiness Church in Green Cove Springs, FL with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating.
