Charles “Reb” Case, Sr., 73, of Middleburg, FL, passed away May 8, 2016. He was born on August 29, 1942 in Knoxville, TN to parents James E. and Nora K. (Stidam) Case. Charles came to the area in 1994 from Pensacola, FL. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Black Pond Baptist Church. Reb was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving his country in the United States Navy and retiring after 22 years of service. He was a member of Middleburg Masonic Lodge # 107 and Naval Lodge # 24. He was a Shriner and a member of the York Rite and Scottish Rite. Reb loved anything and everything Harley – Davidson. He is predeceased by his parents and survived by his children, Charles W. Case, Jr. (Lorina) of Pensacola, FL and Tina M. Hall (Russ) of Green Cove Springs, FL and grandchildren, Caleb and Alex Hall. The visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Jacksonville National Cemetery will Pastor Charlie Hunt officiating.
