Frank R. “Scooter” Tucker, 37, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away May 7, 2016. He was born on November 4, 1978 in Houston, TX to parents Frank Faron Tucker and Faith Renee (Fountain) Nicometo. Frank loved his children, the beach, fireworks and sports. He is preceded in death by his father and survived by his mother, Faith Nicometo; wife, Shelly Strickland; sons, Preston Riley and Nolan Zachary; daughters, Kaydence Allyse, Franki Denise and Sierra Nicole; brother, John G.
