David Rockwell, Sr.

David E. Rockwell SR passed away on May 19, 2016. Dave was born on October 21, 1950 in Presque Isle, Maine to Franklin and Barbara Rockwell both his parents preceded him in death. He suffered from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for well over 20 years and resided at the Life Care Center assisted living facility in Orange Park, FL. Dave had many loving friends there among the residents and staff and considered it his home. He leaves behind two children, two grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters and many nephews and nieces.
