Hazel Leatrice Pugh

Hazel Leatrice Pugh, 80, born March 21, 1929 to Marton and Mae Delle O’Connor in St. Matthews, South Carolina, passed away June 3, 2009 in Richmond, VA. Hazel and her husband, Carl Pugh, were long time owners of Carl’s Garage in Green Cove Springs, FL. She was an active member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed traveling, quilting, and tending her garden. She was preceded in death by both parents, and her loving husband. She is survived by daughters Cindy Lawrence and Deborah Pugh. A visitation will be held at Broadus-Raines Chapel, 6-8 pm, Saturday, June 6, 2009 with a funeral service 2 pm, Sunday, June 7, 2009 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
