Diane Kilner, 66, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 10, 1942 in Glendale, CA to parents, A.R. and Ruth Gist. Mrs. Kilner moved to the local area 41 years ago and had been a real estate broker for over 30 years. She was a Past-President of the Clay County Board of Realtors and Treasurer of the Orange Park Women’s Club. Mrs. Kilner was a sales and marketing director for many private builders as well as an entrepreneur who started many cosmetic and jewelry businesses. She was of the Christian faith and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ed Kilner; children, Jim Holder (Mia), Kim Holder (Donnie) and Kelly Brannigan (Jason); grandchildren, James, Addison, Preston and Alec and special friend, Jane Hines. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, July 10, 2009 in the Broadus-Raines chapel. Services will be conducted by Cynthia Montello.
