Ms. Bobbie Ann Bloys-Stratten

Ms. Bobbie Ann Bloys-Stratten, 57, passed away in an untimely manner due to an accident on June 19, 2009. She was a loving and giving woman who will be deeply missed and mourned by family and friends. She was a caregiver in Orange Park and Green Cove Springs for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ms. Virginia O’Berry; brother, James Bloys and grandson, Nathaniel Stratten. She leaves to mourn her death a brother, Lee Bloys; husband, Douglas Stratten; daughters, Virginia Roberts Pierce (Cary), Jennifer and Carol Stratten and adopted daughter, Ashley Blitchington; one son, Daniel Stratten; adopted sister, Lisa Moore. She was a great mother and grandmother to grandchildren, Rakeem Wright, Nicholas, Alex, Anthony, Arron Asher (Jeremy), Jeremiah Hyatt, Hatley, Gaden and Peyton Blitchington. We are able to manage by God’s grace due to the fact we know she’s in Heaven and no more pain. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Russell Baptist Church with Rev.
