Alexander "Sandy" Rulkiewicz, Jr.

Alexander “Sandy” Rulkiewicz, Jr., 68, of Fleming Island, Florida passed away September 22, 2016. He was born on October 9, 1947 in Trenton, New Jersey to parents Alexander Rulkiewicz, Sr. and Florence Traub Rulkiewicz. Sandy served our country honorably in the U.S Army and was a Vietnam Veteran who enjoyed car racing and fishing. He cherished his time playing with his grandson and time spent with his sons. Sandy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his sons, Christopher Rulkiewicz and David Rulkiewicz; sister, Barbara Kirkman and husband, Larry; grandson, James Rulkiewicz and his special friend, Susan Brock. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, October 3, 2016 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors conferred.
