Levi Aaron Grant

Levi Aaron Grant, 21, of Starke, FL passed away suddenly on October 10, 2016. He was born on August 24, 1995 in Jacksonville, FL. Levi was working at Walmart in the sporting goods department and was loved by all who knew him. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Randy Hau. Survivors include his parents Johanna Surrency (Thomas) and Earl Wilbur Grant III (Rhonda); brothers, Ethan Grant and Christopher Yelton; sister, Hannah Grant; step-brothers, Matthew Surrency, Dylan Surrency, Joshua Puckett and Justin Puckett; grandparents, Earl Grant II (Carolyn), Patricia Gay, Lois Hau, Rev. Ronnie Surrency (Brenda) and Vivian Ritsma (Keith Tindall); a very close friend Brandon Nazworth and his family; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at Congregational Holiness Church, 2079 S.R. 16, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 14, 2016 with Rev.
