Myer "Cy" Lawrence

Myer “Cy” Lawrence, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2009 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 94. He was born to Myer and Anna Lawrence on May 6, 1915 in Stanley, NY. Cy married Frances Baker on February 25, 1949 in Folkston, GA. He was an auto mechanic for the Chrysler Corporation and Daytona Beach Police Department for 24 years, retiring in 1975. Cy came to Moosehaven with his wife, Fran on August 25, 1988 where he has resided for 20 years. She preceded him in death on July 4, 1998. He is survived by his daughters Ruth Warren of Havana, Fl, Susan Carol of Arizona and Anna Graham of Canton, GA., 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
