Teal Marie Starr

Teal Marie Starr, 22, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away November 20, 2016. She was born on April 1, 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida to Louie and Susan (Parshall) Starr. Teal was a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida and of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed drawing, the beach, motorcycles and rap music.  Teal’s smile lit up the entire room, she had a love of life and it was truly infectious.  She was honest and giving.  Teal was her mother’s best friend.  She is preceded in death by her father, Louie Starr.   Teal is survived by her mother, Susan Starr; brothers, Samuel Starr, Trevor Starr and Zack Zigler; sister, Kandle Starr; aunt Nicole and uncle David Golliday; best friends, Shelby and Lindsay; someone who loves her, Jesse Lawrence and her boyfriend, Kris McAnear.   The family will have a memorial service at a later date.   Please sign the family’s online guestbook at www.broadusraines.com.
