June Dorothy England

June England, 79, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2009. Mrs. England was born to the late Kurth and Viola Discher on August 10, 1929 in Milwaukee, WI. She married her beloved husband, William “Bill” England on July 10, 1948 and they moved to Florida in 1957. Mrs. England was an active member of Harbor Baptist Church and will be remembered for being a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Bill England of Orange Park, FL; son, David England of Keystone Heights, FL; daughters, Sandra Lugo of Keystone Heights, FL and Hollie Mailhiot of Green Cove Springs, FL; brother, Richard Discher of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Leah Deviny of Charlotte, NC; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, August 3, 2009 in Broadus-Raines Funeral Home from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Graveside funeral services will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11:00 am officiated by Revered Samuel Jewell.
