Charles D. Fiscus

Charles D. Fiscus, 57, of Orange Park, FL, passed away July 27, 2009. He was born on January 27, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH to parents, Charles and Bessie Fiscus. Mr. Fiscus was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving his country in the United States Army and retiring as a Master Sergeant. He was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother, Bessie Fiscus; wife, Un Chu Fiscus; daughter, Leyla Chang; brother, Ricky Fiscus and sister, Michelle Anne Shouse. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 10:00 am Monday, August 3, 2009 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with Chaplain John Hugus officiating.
