She married Stanley Dubicki on July 1, 1950 in South Bend, Indiana. They had one daughter, Cynthia Kalwitz. Esther was a seamstress and worked in the Wilson Brothers Shirt Factory for eleven years retiring in 1952. She enjoyed reading. Esther became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose in 1958 when her husband, Stanley joined South Bend, In., Lodge 58. She joined South Bend, In. Chapter #1057 in 1964. Later South Bend, In. Lodge 58 closed and merged with Elkhart Lodge 599. She received her Academy of Friendship. She said her time at the Lodge and Chapter was the most wonderful time of her life. She came to Moosehaven with her husband, Stanley on August 3, 1999 where she has resided for 9 years. Esther is survived by her husband, Stanley Dubicki of Orange Park, FL and one daughter, Cynthia Kalwitz of Laguna Niguel, CA. We all know that Esther was a fighter. A strong willed woman with a great sense of humor would not hold her up or cause problems. She was such a fighter and had such a strong Spirit. Even though at times she stated how tired she was.... She wanted to get better because her "Stanley" needed her. Esther's last words were I'm going to kick your butt!" How appropriate for such a fighter and a champion of a person. We will all miss her.
