Annie DeMedici

Annie DeMedici, 70, of Jacksonville, FL passed away December 29, 2016. She was born in Fayetteville, NC on May 3, 1946 to the late George William Henry and Annie Mae (Huggins) Davis.  Annie came to the area in 1982 from New Jersey and was of the Christian faith.  She loved jewelry, dolls and her dog Rascal. Annie was very proud of being first in her class at nursing school and loved helping people.  She was preceded in death by two husbands, Gerald Whitney Payne, Sr. and Ernest Allen DeMedici; brother, Mitchell Davis and sisters, Diane Winters and Sammie McKelvie. Annie is survived by her sons, Gerald Whitney Payne, Jr. (Debbie) and Chick Anthony DeMedici (Lerin Garner); sisters, Nyoka Hinton and Melvina Winters (Rusty); grandchildren, Lil’ Jerry, Brianna, Luke and Olivia and her companion, Galen “Gill” Carter.
