Betty Jane Carlson Callahan

In Loving Memory of Betty Jane Carlson Callahan, 68 December 28, 1948 – December 31, 2016     Beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend to many.     Betty Jane was born on December 28, 1948 in Geneva, IL to Eldon and Edith Carlson and passed away at the Kindred Hospital of North Florida in Green Cove Springs, FL on December 31, 2016.   She is predeceased by her parents, daughter, Sonya and great grandson, Carson.    She is survived by her loving husband, Rob Callahan.  They were married on January 28, 1983 in Jacksonville, FL and enjoyed building a life together that consisted of spending time with family, riding Harley motorcycles and loving on their cherished dogs.   She is also survived by her sister & brother-in-law, Mary Alice & Jim McDaniel, brother, John Carlson, daughter & son-in-law, Tonya & Keith Gaddis, son & daughter-in-law, Sean & Jamie Klicker, grandchildren, Dasha Johnson, Stevie Nicole Couch, Dani Nell, Cassie & Brian Keller, Olivia, Amelia, Colin & Ella Klicker, great grandchildren Isabella, Emma, Cole, Cayde, Layla, Carter, Alli, Aria, Hunter, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.    Dearly loved and missed by all!   Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM with a lunch immediately following at Glynlea Grace United Methodist Church 6429 Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL 32211 (904)724-6272.    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Vision is Priceless (www.visionispriceless.org) OR Safe Animal Shelter (www.safeanimalshelter.com)
