Raymond F. Ross

Raymond F. Ross, 75, of Eustis, FL, passed away January 20, 2017. He was born on December 13, 1941 in Rutan, PA to the late Rodney Frank and Wilda (McCracken) Ross.  Mr. Ross lived in the area for 3 years and was of the Methodist faith.  He was a kind and loving family man.  Mr. Ross enjoyed sports, traveling and special times with his family.  He always encouraged his children to do their best, loved working and never tired.  Mr. Ross loved life, loved to talk and never met a stranger.  He always woke his wife in the mornings saying, “Good morning beautiful”. Mr. Ross is survived by his wife of 3 years, Xintia M. Ross; sons, Raymond F. Ross, II (Lisa) and Robert Ross (Lori); step-son, Kelvyn Mora; step-daughter, Melba Mora; special parents, Cesar and Melba Mora; sister-in-laws, Tamara Mora and Lissette Fuentes; grandchildren, Joshua Ross, Jaime Rosalez (Mickey), Brandon Ross, Maggie Ross and Robyn Ross. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 2:00 – 3:00pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel and the funeral service will begin at 3:00pm with Pastor Juan Lopez officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Iglesia Bautista El Calvario, PO Box 9082, Fleming Island, FL 32006.
