Nancy F. Maddox

Nancy F. Maddox, 58, of Orange Park, FL, was welcomed into Heaven on Saturday, August 15, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on August 1, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to parents, Leonard and Shirley Fagot. Mrs. Maddox was formerly a CNA at All Saints Nursing Home and enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking. Mrs. Maddox was preceded in death by her parents and by two sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Kristen Wilson (Matt) of Orange Park, FL; sister, Joanne Fayard of Pass Christian, MS; grandchildren, Jared and Haley Wilson; several nieces, nephews and her best friend, Robyn Jones. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Island View Baptist Church, 900 Park Ave., Orange Park, FL 32073 with Reverend Richard Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast FL, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257 or the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
