Grace Cynthia Bell Segraves Rogers died Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Kindred Hospital, Green Cove Springs, Florida. Services will be held to celebrate her life on Saturday, September 5, 2009. The graveside service will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, 480l San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville Florida at 2:00 p.m. A memorial service followed by visitation will be held at Riverside Park United Methodist Church, 819 Park Street, Jacksonville, Florida at 3:30 p.m. Please join us to celebrate her life.
