Connie L. Saunders

Connie L. Saunders, 55, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 after a long battle with colon cancer. Born in Mt. Pleasant, IA to Dale and Helen Kellogg, Connie moved to Middleburg, FL 11 years ago from Jacksonville, FL. She was Presbyterian and enjoyed sewing, arts, crafts, collecting Barbie dolls and was a member of the Early Birds of Northeast Florida Mrs. Saunders is survived by her husband, William; mother, Helen Gerling of Winfield, IA; son, Corey (Tiffany) Saunders of Green Cove Springs, FL; daughter, Shellie (Will) Gunsaulus of Middleburg, FL; sister, Betty Lintz of Crawfordville, IA; brother, Tony Kellogg of Winfield, IA; five grandchildren, Calvin, Tyler, Kiley, Hannah, and Bella. Services will be set for January in her hometown of Winfield, IA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Connie L.
