Caroler C. McDowell

Caroler C. McDowell, 90, of Orange Park, FL passed away Monday, October 12, 2009. Mrs. McDowell was born on October 16, 1918 in Lumberton, NC to the late Archie and Katie Catherine Chavis. She was married to Tony McDowell and he preceded her in death on February 15, 1959. She moved to Florida in 1974 and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Mrs. McDowell is survived by her three beloved children: James Ronald McDowell, Marie (Dwight) Lunghofer, and Bonnie Taylor; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
