Nolie "Billie" J. Cothern

Nolie “Billie” J. Cothern, 84, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009. She was born on May 25, 1925 in Strawberry Plains, TN to parents, Lewis and Margie Haggard. Mrs. Cothern was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, especially her Bible, and word search puzzles. She loved to rock in her rocking chair and was a member of Clay Hill Church of God in Middleburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Oliver Cothern. Survivors include her children, Rev. Denny Cothern (Denise), J.T. Cothern (Joyce), Joyce Jones (Albert) and Jeanette Taylor (Johnny); 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, October 19, 2009 at Clay Hill Church of God, 5075 CR 218, Middleburg, FL 32068. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Clay Hill Church of God with Rev. Jeff Crawley and Rev. Denny Cothern officiating.
