A.J. Hodges “PeeWee Jeffers”, 55, of Orange Park, FL, passed away Monday, October 19, 2009. He was born on July 28, 1954 in Live Oak, FL. Mr. Hodges was a carpenter and enjoyed hunting. He is survived by his father, Everette Jeffers (Candy); mother, Geneva Jeffers; wife, Sandi Hodges; son, Brandon Jeffers; daughter, April Hodges; siblings, Tami Jeffers, Larry Flynn Jeffers, Pat Jeffers, Brian Jeffers, Wendy Griffis, Dale Hodges (Marie), Terry Hodges (Regina), Mark Hodges and Michael Jeffers; sisters, Susan Hodges, Charlotte Frazer (Al) and Darlene Bonnette (Billy); grandchild, Caleb Broussard and many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Calvary Christian Center with Pastor John Francis officiating. The family will receive friends in the church from 1:30 pm Tuesday until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations toward funeral expenses.
