Vickie Carol Hester

Vickie Carol Hester, 57, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 8, 2009 after her battle with kidney cancer. Vickie was born on February 12, 1952 in Savannah, GA to parents, Roger Skelton and Margeret Katherine Kramer. Vickie was a long time employee with the Florida Highway Patrol as a Communications Duty Officer. Vickie is survived by her husband of seventeen years, Randall Hester; father, Roger Skelton; four children, Christopher Mallonee, Katherine Mills, Matthew Mallonee and Stephanie Roach; sisters, Joy Lane and Theresa Cooley and her most cherished sixteen grandchildren. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.
