William "Bill" Andrew Dufton, Jr.

Bill Dufton, 67, of Fleming Island, FL passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2010. He was born to William and Mary Dufton on September 6, 1942 in Lawrence, MA and moved to Florida in 1983. He honorably served in The United States Navy and was a Vietnam veteran. Later, he graduated from nursing school and loved working as a Nurse. Bill was always happy and always had a smile on his face. He will be remembered for his love of garage sales and finding a bargain, and his ability to make friends with everyone he met. Bill was a devoted husband and father and will be deeply missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Joanne Dufton; 2 children: Annie Mae (Damon) Gray and Jonathan Dufton; granddaughter, Aliyah; and dear family members: Ted Markow and Barbara Poole.
