Kathryn L. Woodworth

Kathryn L. Woodworth, 82, of Penney Farms, FL, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2010. She was born on October 29, 1927 in Allentown, PA to parents, Earl and Helen Leh. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Penney Retirement Community for over 20 years. Mrs. Woodworth loved music and was a graduate of the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester where she was a recipient of the prestigious “Performer’s Certificate” on Marimba. She had been a church organist for 45 years and was a member of the United Church of Christ. Mrs. Woodworth will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Waldo Woodworth; children, Shelley, William, Todd and Kathryn and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at a later date.
