Stewart Hendricks Franklin, Sr. 44, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010. He was born on January 19, 1966 in Moses Lake, Washington to parents, Slyvester H. and Barbara Jean Franklin. Stewart was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. He enjoyed boating and fishing, especially fishing off the Shands Pier. Stewart was a great landscaper by trade who was wonderful at his job. He was a real family man who was a devoted and loving husband and father. Stewart was described by his family as a good man, a loving son, brother and friend and will be deeply missed by all who loved him. He is survived by father, Slyvester H. Franklin and his wife (Belita) of Jacksonville, FL; mother, Barbara Jean Johnson of Green Cove Springs, FL; grandmother, Effie Fields of Green Cove Springs, FL; sons, Stewart Franklin, Jr. and Chaz Franklin both of Green Cove Springs, FL; brothers, Sean, Steven and Slyvester, Jr. Franklin; sisters, LaQueta Duncan (Myles), Leslie Hester (Jerome), Sarah Johnson, Stephanie and Iman Franklin.
