Bruce Edmund Milliron, 53, of Orange Park, FL passed away peacefully, in his own home surrounded by his loving family, Friday, February 19, 2010. He was born on February 1, 1957 in Olean, New York to parents Donald and Nancy Milliron. Mr. Milliron and his family just moved to the local area 8 years ago from Eldred, PA. Bruce was best known for coaching baseball, for children 10 and under, at the Orange Park Athletic Association (OPAA). He loved spending time with his children and was present for every game. Not only did he enjoy the game of baseball he was a big Dallas Cowboys fan. In his spare time Bruce loved the outdoors and was known to be an avid hunter. During the racing season you could find him at the Daytona 500 cheering on his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt. Bruce will live in the hearts of those who love him. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, proud father and generous grandfather. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Milliron and is survived by his father Donald Milliron; loving wife of 14 years Kathy Milliron; sons, Kyle and Hobie Milliron; daughters Erica Schneider (Larry), Tereina Stidd and Hannah Milliron; brothers Todd Milliron; sisters, Patty Rhinehart (Greg) and Lisa Greek (Bill); grandchildren, Alexis and Brooklynn. Family will receive friends 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Saturday, February 20, 2010 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services are to set at a later time.
