Helen M. Parkinson

Helen M. Parkinson, 81, of Fleming Island, FL passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010. She was born May 30, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to parents Salvatore Giglio and Helen Antioco. Mrs. Parkinson moved to the local area from Springfield, MA. She was of the Catholic faith and was a proud member of the Arthritis Support Group of Orange Park, FL. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking for her family. Helen will always remember as a loving mother, grandmother and supportive friend. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Frank Parkinson and is survived by her daughters, Barbara Spotts (Nelson) and Brenda Pantzer (James); grandchildren, Kimberly Pantzer, Alicia Baker (Roger) and Stefanie Stewart (Corey); great grandchildren, Maya Baker and Isabella Stewart.
