Nathan Goff Scott, 83, passed away May 17, 2010 in Orange Park, FL. He was born to parents Nathan and Ora (Wamsley) Scott on December 26, 1926 in Elkins, West Virginia. Nathan served his country honorably in the United States Navy when he joined on September 29, 1944. He received a Pacific Theater Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon and a Victory Medal. He worked as a construction worker and surveyor for Wilbur Smith & Assoc. and retired on April 1, 1989. Nathan became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on October 14, 1975 when he joined the Hopewell, VA Lodge #1472. Nathan came to Moosehaven on September 14, 1993 where he resided for 16 years. He is survived by three sons, Nathan Scott of Waynesboro, VA, Steven Scott of Clyde, NC and Glenn Scott of Palm Bay, FL. There will be no services with interment in the Moosehaven Mausoleum.
