William "Bill" Gaddes

William “Bill” Gaddes, 77, passed away Friday, May 21, 2010 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center. He was born to parents Thomas and Willie Gaddes on April 24, 1933 in Bellevue, TN. He married Marjorie Forehand January 8, 1953. Bill severed his country honorably in the United States Navy. He worked as a tile & marble setter for the Gaddes Tile Company and retired in 1985. Bill became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on June 20, 1980, when he joined the West Nashville Lodge #2221 and was a member of Moose Cordell Hull Legion #75. He received his Fellowship degree July 1, 1996 and sponsored 26 new members in his lifetime. Bill came to Moosehaven on April 4, 2001 where he resided for last 9 years. He is survived by his son, Barry Gaddes of Alpharetta, GA. Funeral Service will be held 1:30 pm Friday, May 28, 2010 at the Moosehaven Chapel in Orange Park, FL. with military honors.
