Benjamin Lowen Chapman Jr., 77, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2010. Mr. Chapman was born in Barboursville, West Virginia, on March 6, 1933 to parents Benjamin and Dorothy Chapman moving to this area in 1988 from Huntington, WV. He retired from CSX after 43 years and was known to enjoy bowling, fishing, and going to the dog track. His wife, Eloise, and his son, Benjamin III, preceded Benjamin in death. He is survived by his daughter, Dottie Chapman, Jacksonville, FL; a daughter-in-law, Pam Chapman, Huntington, WV; two grandchildren, Benjamin IV and Lydia Chapman; and his caretaker, Rachel Soles.
