Emmett Clyde Johnson

Emmett Johnson passed away June 19, 2010 in Orange Park, FL at the age of 87. He was born to Oze Mathew and Leslie Johnson on September 6, 1922 in Newport News, VA. Emmett worked as an Electrician for 40 years for Centennial Contractors, retiring on September 10, 1985. He became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose in December 1963 when he joined the Edgemere, MD Lodge #537. He sponsored eight members into the Loyal Order of Moose. Emmett came to Moosehaven on October 20, 1998 where he resided for 11 years. His parents preceded him in death. Emmett is survived by one brother-in-law, Jeff Sarres of Newport News, VA and several nieces and nephews. There will be no service with inurnment in the Moosehaven Mausoleum.
