Carol Hosmer Miller

Carol H. Miller, 65, of St. Augustine, FL, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2010. She was born on September 21, 1944 in Niagara Falls, NY to parents, John and Mary Hosmer. She had been an office manager for Swanson Fire Protection and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Green Cove Springs. Mrs. Miller enjoyed gardening, knitting, boat rides and being with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brothers, Bruce and John Hosmer. She is survived by her daughter, Terrie Z. (John P.) Swanson; brother, Craig (Daryl) Hosmer and grandchildren, Lauren and Lucas Swanson. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, July 16, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church of Green Cove Springs with Rev. Dr. W. Hunter Camp II officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org and or AIDS Research.
