Phyllis Ann Wilkins

Phyllis Ann Wilkins, 57, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She was born on March 31, 1953 in Hahira, GA to parents, Carlton and Doris Phillips. She had worked for Citibank in the Account Maintenance Dept. and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion Post #250 in Middleburg, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Joseph Frank Webb; sisters, Janice Chapman and Patsy Cage; her brother-in-law, Clarence Cage and several nieces and nephews.
