Ethel Padgett Johns Morris, 90, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Friday, September 10, 2010. She was born on March 28, 1920 in Maxville, FL to parents, Ellis and Pollie Padgett. Mrs. Morris was a homemaker and a member of South Middleburg Baptist Church. She was active at the Weigle Senior Center and loved, loved, loved fishin’, sewin’, laughin’, gardenin’, cookin’ for people, babies and sharing Jesus. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Pollie Padgett; her husbands, Shelt Johns and Walter E. Morris, Jr.; sons, Olin “Duger” Johns, Howard “Bee” Johns, David Johns and Roger Johns. She is survived by her children, Casey Johns (Estelle), Gordon Johns (Sue), Barbara Kamer, Lynn Johns (Teresa), Laura Nail (Ricky), Jennifer Johns, Karen Tribble (Dru) and Marcus Johns (Trish); brother, Ben Padgett; sisters, Dell Harris, Erma “Snubby” Bell and Joy Thomas and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren that numbered over 100. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2010 at South Middleburg Baptist Church. To celebrate her home going, funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at South Middleburg Baptist Church with Rev. W.D. Kilpatrick and Rev.
