Louis Forgacs, 66, passed away October 10, 2010 at his residence in Orange Park. He was previously of Bridgeport, CT. Survivors include his wife, Diane; son, Shaun, Daughter, Kelly Martinez; step-daughter, Heather Kellam; sister, Eileen McMahon; grandchildren, Andy, Justin, Jordan and Grace.
