Our precious angel, Tori Heimbach, 17, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Monday, March 5, 2007 in her mother’s arms at Baptist Wolfson Children’s Hospital. She was born October 6, 1989 in Boulder, CO and was a student at Lake Asbury Junior High School. Tori was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Green Cove Springs. She was a child with special needs who could only speak with her beautiful smile, her laughter & her very busy little hands.... Tori enjoyed attending the UCP program in Lawrenceville, Georgia for ten years. She also attended Camp Care last summer & met many new friends. Tori blessed all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Gary L. Heimbach and her Aunt Mary. She is survived by her mother, Kathie; sisters, Lindsay Spencer and brother-in-law Alden, Kandice, Emily and Betty; her Aunt Ann of Brooksville, Fl, her uncles, Joe Heimbach, Mike Allen & Pat Allen from Michigan; her Grama Glenna, niece, Isabelle Spencer and nephew, Zachary Spencer & many cousins. Her family would like to extend a very special thank you to all of Tori’s caregivers, most especially cousin Helen, Miss Lori, Ms. Trudy, Ms.Paula & Ms. Debbie. To her wonderful teacher Ms. Sanfilippo and all her classroom assistants. Also to all of the wonderful Doctors, nurses & staff at Baptist Wolfson Hospital for her excellent care. A Vigil Service will be held at 8:00 pm Friday, March 9, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Fleming Island with visitation to follow. A Celebration Mass will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Donal Sullivan as Celebrant.
