Andrew Knapik, age 84, passed away on January 27, 2024. He was born on December 28, 1939, in Waterbury, Connecticut.

He served in the Army for three years, was a carpenter of all trades for many years, worked in a bird sanctuary with exotic birds for ten years, and a horse farm for five years.

He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and godparent. He was a generous, kindhearted soul that was one of a kind, and was always there when you needed him. 

His hobbies were coloring, drawing, motorcycle riding, walking, watching TV, gardening, fishing, cooking, and collecting baseball cards.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Evelyn Stevenson; father, Andrew John Knapik Sr; four brothers, Jimmy Knapik, Pauly Knapik, Michael Knapik, and John Knapik; first son, David James Knapik; and divorced wife, Diane Knapik.

He survived by his son, Andrew Knapik; daughter, Kristine Etheridge (Knapik); six grandkids, Joesph Corbo, Kyle Knapik, Ashley Etheridge, Robert Etheridge, Jake Etheridge, and Kayla Nordick

He brought many great memories to his family and friends and will be missed dearly.
